UP Babaylan attended  the 11th National Human Rights Forum of the Presidential Human Rights Committee with the theme "LGBT Ngayon: Lalim ng Pag-unawa, Antas ng Pagtanggap" on 

09 December, from 9am to 5pm at the Richmonde Hotel in Eastwood City.  Present during the forum with several notable LGBT organizations and allies.
