Heart Dino represented the Philippines to the World LGBTQ Youth Leaders Summit in Tel Aviv, Israel last December 4 - 9, 2011. She was also given the privilege to present the success of UP Babaylan as the first and largest LGBT student organization and how the organization was able to blaze the trail in lgbt youth empowerment and promote Gender Equality in the Philippines.
